Fun fact: the flight attendant woman (Laura Bailey http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1154161/ ) that answers the door in the apartment building is the voice of Shin Chan http://www.shinchanshow.com/ ... amongst a lot of other voice acting (Lust in Fullmetal Alchemist!). Competition only works well if consumers actually choose to do business with a superior competitor. People always think of competition as this natural force that's out of their control, but it's actually totally dependent on deliberate choices. Well put, sir. I dig the Dane Cook analogy too.
